Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bringits platform, including our public-web data collection service ("Unblocker"), the Bringits dashboard, related APIs, and any associated documentation, tools, and websites (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by LSports Data Ltd. ("Bringits", "we", "us", or "our"), a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel.
By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or using the Service in any other way, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
1.1 What we provide
Bringits provides programmatic access to publicly available web content via an HTTP-based API ("Unblocker API"). The Service is intended for lawful collection of public data (for example: price monitoring, market research, SEO measurement, ad verification, and similar use cases) and is not intended for accessing private, authenticated, or otherwise restricted content.
1.2 Plans and quotas
The Service is offered on usage-based plans. Each plan has a monthly request quota and a per-second request rate limit, summarized below (current as of the "Last updated" date; the most current pricing is on the Pricing page):
- Explorer (Free) — 1,000 requests / month, 2 req/s rate limit.
- Builder — 10,000 requests / month, 10 req/s rate limit.
- Scale — 50,000 requests / month, 50 req/s rate limit.
- Enterprise — custom volume, rate, SLA, and contract.
Requests in excess of your quota are rejected with HTTP 429. Requests in excess of your rate limit are likewise rejected with HTTP 429. We do not charge automatic overage fees on self-serve plans unless and until you explicitly opt in to an overage tier (Phase 3 feature).
1.3 Service evolution
We continuously improve the Service. We may add, modify, or remove features, endpoints, or quota structures at our discretion, except that any change that materially reduces functionality of a paid plan during a paid billing period will give you a pro-rated refund or credit if you elect to cancel within thirty (30) days of the change.
2. Accounts
2.1 Account creation
You must register for an account to use the Service. Account creation requires a valid email address, a company or team name, a brief statement of intended use, and acceptance of these Terms, the AUP, and the Privacy Policy via the on-screen consent checkbox. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
2.2 Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, M2M API tokens, and any other credentials issued for your account. You must notify us without undue delay at abuse@bringits.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified us and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act.
2.3 One account per organization
We bill at the tenant (account) level. Each independent legal entity or team should maintain its own account. Sharing API tokens across unrelated organizations to circumvent quota or pricing is prohibited and may result in suspension under Section 7.
3. Billing and payment (paid plans)
3.1 Merchant of record
Paid subscriptions to the Service are billed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record, in accordance with Paddle's checkout buyer terms. Paddle handles payment processing, sales-tax / VAT collection and remittance, invoicing, refunds, and chargeback handling. Your contract for the Service is with Bringits; your contract for payment is with Paddle.
3.2 Subscription term, renewal, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date through the in-product Plan page or the Paddle Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access to paid-tier quota until that date, after which your account is downgraded to the Explorer (Free) plan.
3.3 Refunds
Except where required by applicable consumer-protection law, fees paid for the Service are non-refundable. Refund requests for service outages, mistaken duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances may be submitted to billing@bringits.com and are evaluated case-by-case.
3.4 Past-due accounts
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge through Paddle, notify you, and grant a grace period before downgrading or suspending the account in accordance with our dunning procedure. Suspended accounts may be reactivated by paying the outstanding balance and bringing the account current.
3.5 Price changes
We may change pricing at any time. Price changes take effect on your next renewal and we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days in advance.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The AUP describes prohibited activities, including (without limitation) credential-stuffing or other automated attacks, ad fraud and click fraud, unauthorized access to private or authenticated systems, scraping of personal data at scale in violation of applicable law, circumvention of geographic licensing restrictions, and resale or sublicensing of the Service without our written consent. Violation of the AUP is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Customer responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms, the AUP, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations, including data-protection laws.
- You have, or will obtain, all rights, consents, and authorizations necessary for the Service to perform the data collection you request on your behalf, including (where applicable) compliance with the terms of service, robots.txt directives, and rate limits of the websites you target, except where overridden by mandatory law (e.g. text-and-data-mining exceptions).
- You are solely responsible for the legality and ethics of your particular use case. Bringits does not pre-screen targets and is not in a position to verify your authority to access them.
- You will not use the Service to access content for which you do not have a lawful basis, including personal data of EU/UK data subjects processed without a valid Article 6 GDPR / UK GDPR basis.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Bringits IP
The Service, including the Unblocker API, the dashboard, all software, documentation, and the Bringits name and marks, is owned by Bringits and licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms during your subscription term.
6.2 Customer data
Content collected through the Service in response to your requests ("Output") is yours, subject to the rights of the third parties whose websites or content the Output originates from. Bringits asserts no ownership over Output and does not retain copies of Output except as transiently necessary to deliver responses.
6.3 Operational data
We collect operational metadata about your use of the Service (for example: tenant ID, request counts, timestamps, target hostnames, response status codes) for the purposes of billing, abuse prevention, quality monitoring, and product analytics. This metadata is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6.4 Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
7. Suspension and termination
7.1 Termination by you
You may terminate your account at any time by closing it from the dashboard or by emailing support@bringits.com. Termination on a paid plan takes effect at the end of the current paid period (Section 3.2). No refunds are owed for partial periods except as described in Sections 1.3 and 3.3.
7.2 Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if:
- You are in material breach of these Terms or the AUP, including any conduct described in the AUP as immediately suspendable;
- Your use of the Service poses a security, legal, or operational risk to Bringits, our other customers, or third parties;
- We are required to do so by law, court order, or instruction of a competent regulator;
- Your account is past due for more than the dunning grace period (Section 3.4); or
- We discontinue the Service in whole or in part (in which case we will provide reasonable notice and, where applicable, a pro-rated refund of unused paid time).
7.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We will delete your account data (other than billing records that we are required to retain) in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 6.4, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bringits disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific request will succeed.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, or freshness of content collected by the Service. Public web content is controlled by third parties and may change without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US $100).
The exclusions and limitations in this Section 9 do not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bringits, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claim, demand, action, or proceeding, and any related losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the AUP;
- Your violation of any law or third-party right (including any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or contractual rights) in connection with your use of the Service;
- The targets you select for collection through the Service, and your authority (or lack thereof) to access those targets; or
- Your handling, storage, or onward use of Output.
11. Data protection
11.1 Roles
For personal data that you submit to the Service or instruct the Service to process on your behalf, you act as the controller and Bringits acts as a processor within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and equivalent laws.
For personal data that we collect about you as our customer (e.g. your account email, billing details handled by Paddle, dashboard activity), Bringits acts as the controller. The Privacy Policy describes that processing.
11.2 Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Bringits Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated by reference and governs our processing of personal data on your behalf, including international transfers (covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum). A signed copy of the DPA is available on request to privacy@bringits.com.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights or confidential information.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always identified by the "Version" string and "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes take effect thirty (30) days after we notify you by email or in the dashboard, except that changes required for legal or security reasons may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may terminate under Section 7.1.
14. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the AUP, the Privacy Policy, the DPA, and any order forms or pricing pages referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bringits regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements on the subject.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Independent contractors. The parties are independent contractors. These Terms create no agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Notices. Notices to Bringits should be sent to legal@bringits.com. Notices to you are sent to the email address on file for your account.
